ARTYOGA.Life Policies and Terms of Attendance

We establish policies to ensure the best experience for all our visitors!

Please help us maintain this by following the guidelines below:

IN-PERSON GROUP RULES:

  • • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the class.
  • • Please be on your mat before the class begins.
  • • Space is limited, so we kindly ask you to leave large belongings in your vehicle. Large bags are not permitted in the studio.
  • • We accept credit/debit card payments only through your registered account.
  • • All clients must create or update their account with a valid credit card.
  • • After the session, please exit the studio no later than 15 minutes after class ends to allow for space preparation and sanitation.
  • • If you are visiting the studio for the first time, please contact me personally at my phone number +1 386-337-9078 so I can provide you with the exact address.

ONLINE GROUP RULES:

  • • Join 3-5 minutes before the class starts to avoid distracting the group.
  • • Inform in advance if you are running late or need to leave the class early.
  • • Mute your microphone during the session to minimize background noise.
  • • Turn on your camera (this helps ensure proper exercise execution and allows the instructor to provide feedback).
  • • Ensure a stable internet connection and choose a quiet space for your practice.
  • • Use wireless headphones for better sound quality.
  • • Wear comfortable clothing to move freely during the session.
  • • Listen to and follow the instructor’s guidance to avoid injuries and get the most out of the session.
  • • Respect other participants: refrain from unnecessary conversations and do not interrupt the class without a valid reason.
  • • Questions can be asked at the end of the session, unless the instructor specifies a different format.

These rules will help make the session more comfortable and effective for everyone!

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Class Reservations

Our space is limited, and each spot is secured upon booking. To respect other clients and ensure fairness, please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.

To cancel your reservation, text us at +1 386-337-9078.

Cancellation Policy:

  • • Reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the class start time to have the credit returned to your account without penalty.
  • • With proper notice, the ARTYOGA.life team can assist you in rescheduling your class.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not attend a class and fail to cancel in advance, your class credit will be forfeited.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CREDIT TRANSFERS

  • • We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.
  • • All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a private session without charge.
  • • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, the client is responsible for the full session fee, or the session will be counted as used from the package.
  • • If an instructor cancels due to illness or an emergency, the missed session will be fully credited toward a future session.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO POLICY

  • • We are an educational studio and may occasionally record videos or take photos to demonstrate methods, practices, and postures.
  • • All media may be used for promotional materials, advertisements, or social media.
  • • If you have any concerns about being included, please inform us before class.

PARKING

• Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the studio to arrive on time.
